An annual event that brought together hundreds of local business owners to meet, connect and network. Participants had the opportunity to market their business offers in a number of different and exciting ways: on exhibition stands, as event speakers, during pre-Expo networking meetups, or by advertising in the Expo Guide magazine (published in print and online at: issuu.com/contactusealing)
Eventually, however, support, sponsorship, and advertising waned, and we were forced to discontinue running the event.

Promoting local businesses and events – online, in print and in person
Are you planning an event? What is your worst event nightmare – that too few people will know that your event is on? That nobody will come? That you won’t get any positive feedback on social media?
Hedge against the possibility of any of that cold-sweat stuff coming true by outsourcing some or all your events promotion to us.
_______________
Events Booster (part of The Contactus Network) combines a bit of amplifier marketing with lots of West London contacts, plus experienced journalistic reporting to get your business or event noticed by a wide London (and beyond) audience.
Working alongside whatever PR / marketing / social media management setup you have going, our tried-and-tested ‘promotioning’ methods spread the word about your event before the date of the event, then while it’s actually going on, and also for follow-up afterwards. What’s really useful is that we send you the photos and videos afterwards to repurpose as you need.
**Note that we are not (i) influencers, or (ii) social media managers – so for our posts to be most effective and reach the correct audience, you would need to re-share them with your own followers.

Go ahead and pick from the list below how you’d like your business show / music festival / sports match / awards presentation / charity fundraiser / open day / online course / stage performance / networking meetup etc promoted, send us a DM or email, and we’ll get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
Select any (or all) of our promotional methods designed to bring your event to life on social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Email us at info@contactusealing.co.uk or send DM to @EventsBooster to book your event date(s), and for a detailed quote:
1. Pre-event buzz-building on social media – up to 1 week
2. Event attendance (online or in person) with LIVE coverage on social media – up to 2 hours in person, with a further 2 hours of posting
3. Afterzine PDF showing event highlights – 4 pages (only available alongside option 2)
4. Event consultation (advice on planning an event) – 2 meetings
_______________
1. Not only will we repost from your official feed to spread the word about your event to our own social media channels, but we’ll also be creating safe, original, positive content for you or your social media team to share in return, bringing variety to your online streams.
2. We’ll be posting across X (Twitter), Facebook and Instagram, including going live, and/or using AI, plus some LinkedIn and YouTube, and this will save you and your team time and effort, especially during the event when all hands will need to be on deck to deal with attendees and speakers!
3. Our own experience of putting on events – from local business expos to networking meetups to cricket open days – means we understand what you’re going through and know what the priorities are during an event.
4. Tapping into the Contactus Ealing network would spread your message to several thousand – possibly mostly new – contacts.
5. Our pick’n’mix list of promotional methods offers a variety of choices and costs, and can be tailored to suit your budget – whether big or small.
